SpecRite

SpecRite is designed primarily for specifiers of Marley roofing products who require National Building Specification clauses (NBS), for sections H60 Plain roof tiling and H65 Single lap. The program enables you to produce instant NBS clauses that meet the recommendations of British Standards, Codes of Practice and cover the Marley range of concrete tiles, slates, fittings and accessories.

Terms and Conditions:

1. All users must verify the information and ensure its suitability for the particular applications for which it is required.
2. The information, to the extent that it relates exclusively to products manufactured by Marley Ltd, is published under the sole authority of Marley Ltd. The information is not meant to be exhaustive and is given in good faith.
3. Marley Ltd can accept no liability for loss or damage that arises from the applications of the information and they expressly exclude liability for such loss or damage to the extent permitted by law.
4. The specification clauses and guidance notes provided in this section are based on the NBS subscription service and shall be subject to the provisions of Copyright Notice, Conditions of Sale and Disclaimer upon which that service is supplied.
5. It is not possible to produce a project specification by using the clauses in isolation generic NBS clauses (including prelims) must also be used.
6. These clauses are edited versions of generic NBS clauses and new clauses written for Marley Ltd. To specify the product, some or all of these proprietary clauses are incorporated into the NBS work section.

TileFix is designed primarily for builders' merchants, roofing contractors and specifiers of Marley roofing products, who require a fixing guide based on the geographical location of individual roofing projects.

Estimator is designed primarily for builders' merchants and self builders who require a complete bill of materials for their individual roofing projects. The program enables you to generate an instant list of materials, based on the roof shape, roof features and dimensions.
